319 Chester St. - This development is the latest project in partnership with the City of Oakland. Upon completion, this project will be available for purchase as a two family duplex. Although the project has been in the works for several years due to delays in government funding, we are finally in the finishing phases. Our goal was to complete this project by December 2020 and finish what our previous Executive Director, Bruce Cox started seven years ago. However, due to Covid-19, we hope to complete the project by Spring 2021. This development has truly encompassed the mission of this organization through local hire, local development and overall community engagement. We are looking forward to seeing two families become home owners of this amazing duplex within the developing Mandela Village community.
